Ms. Ipsa Mohanty has been a school leader and academician with more than 15 years of experience. She is trained by the prestigious Harvard University to lead schools. She is an IB Programme Leader. She visits the IB schools in the entire Asia Pacific region to evaluate them for IB program standards and practices. She has an expertise in building school culture, curriculum development, teacher empowerment, and parent partnership. She is a Certified Career Counselor and ensures that the students in her school are placed in their best-fit universities after the completion of their course. Including a personalized career mentorship program in the school is something she is focused on. She believes in academic excellence and has produced excellent results by guiding her team of teachers in her previous assignments.
