Similarly, we at Amrita International Vidyalayam believe that Education is not
a separate identity from Life itself. The ICSE curriculum focuses on the
Council's ethos and commitment to serve the nation's children, through
quality educational endeavors empowering them to contribute towards a
humane, just and pluralistic society, thereby promoting introspective living by
creating exciting learning opportunities, with a commitment to excellence.
Our team is passionate about creating a holistic learning experience for our
children who in turn will blossom into responsible Global citizens. We provide
an atmosphere of free will, trust and fair play among our students with
minimum monitoring and allowing them to evolve into caring human beings.
The ICSE curriculum centres around ideas and practices to experiment with,

thus creating diversity and plurality which is the basic strength for evolution
of ideas.
Our students are motivated towards the cultivation of excellence in both the
Indian and the Global experience, with the help of our state‐ of‐the art
facilities.
Children @ Amrita will be instilled with spiritual and cultural values, as these
would be the bed rock of the educational experience here.
We sincerely hope that the journey @ Amrita would be a fruitful and a
wonderful learning experience for the all the three stake holders of Education,
namely‐ students, teachers & parents equally.
This handbook is designed keeping in mind the facts and queries of parents
and guardians towards the ICSE curriculum.
